He has advised on a large number of transactions in mergers & acquisitions, real estate, private equity and capital markets. He has represented a broad range of foreign investors into CEE and CIS markets, and is also advising leading business from CEE / CIS on their international transactions.

Bohdana Pražská
Bohdana Pražská obtained degrees in civil engineering (1995) and in economics (1996) from the Technical University in Brno. She started her career as a tax advisor in 1997 at Moore Stephens. She joined Linklaters in the Czech Republic in 2001, where she became a managing associate.She is a member of the Chamber of Tax Advisors in the Czech Republic, and of the International Fiscal Association.
