Natalia Luchkova obtained a degree in law from Moscow State University, and an LLM in International Taxation from Leiden University in The Netherlands. She practiced international law and taxation for an international law firm in Moscow before joining KempHoogstad as a partner in 2007, where she is responsible for the firm's Moscow office and Russia/CIS practice.
She specializes in international tax planning for business and high net worth individuals from Russia / CIS, and on domestic and international tax issues of investing in Russia.
