Mark Hoogstad worked for Loyens & Loeff from 1985 until 2004. He became a partner in the Dutch office of HLB International. In 2006 he co-founded Kemp Hoogstad.
He has over twenty years of experience in international tax planning for multinational companies, including advice on structuring international investments, corporate re-organisations, royalty and financing structures, real estate transactions, and family tax planning. He has acted for a large number of listed companies and high net worth individuals from all over the world.
He is a member of the International Fiscal Association.
