They have worked on a large number of transactions, group structurings and re-organisations involving key jurisdictions such as the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Cyprus, the UK and offshore.
Our firm has particular expertise relating to countries in Central and Eastern Europe, Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States. Having advised both foreign investors and new businesses emerging from these countries since 1990, we have unique experience in finding solutions that work in these markets.
